Hi,

I found that my Vista (starter)'s folder option in in control panel is
missing. I can't get to access to the program. What is the problem and how to
fix it?

All helps are appreciated.

Thanks.

Hi,

Ok, run regedit from the start/search line, go to these keys by expanding
the plus (+) signs:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Inte rnet Explorer\Restrictions
HKEY_USER\DEFAULT\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Inte rnet Explorer\Restrictions

Click on the "Restrictions" key, then look for a string called
nobrowseroptions in the right pane. Double click it and set the value data
to 0, it's likely set to 1.
