Interesting, I've never seen that behavior. I'd be interested to view the
contents of this registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\explorer\Advanced\Folder
If you could, export a copy and send to me via email (rick_at_mvps_dot_org)
using a subject line of 'per req'. Please ask if you need instructions on
how to do this.
