In Vista Home Premium, I want to set the view for all folders and file
to show details and name, size, type and date modified.

I have set this up for a folder (as administrator), gone into it
properties and on the Customise tab clicked "Also apply this template t
all sub folders". (The Apply button is greyed out.) I click OK but th
change is not applied.

I want to set up all folders and files to have this format. Can someon
tell me where I am going wrong please?

Thank

gradually I got what I wanted which is all folders and files in the sam
format. I don't know exactly how I achieved it but it is ok for now.
