Folder Properties Window Never Opens

I just tried to see the size of a folder by using windows eplorer, right
clicking and selecting Properties and nothing happens.

I also tried to load the "Folder Options and Search" by clicking on the
Organize Menu and also nothing happens.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Andre,

You might check with the tutorial below to see if "Folder Options" may
have been disabled.

Hi Brink,

Thanks but the options are enabled. As a matter of fact, when I tried to
follow your tutorial step #3, the Properties window also does not display.

This used to work before but since I have updates enabled this may be an
update install confusing explorer.....

Hopefully I am not the only person having this problem.
