Folder Redirection is missing from gpedit.msc

Hi

On windows 2003 server (AD) Start --> Run --> type is gpedit.msc,

This is what I have got

Imageshack - gpeditmsc

"Folder Redirection" is missing comparing the snapshot to those below links
