Folder Redirection, My Documents and saving attachments in Outlook

I have just configured Folder redirection of My Documents and the Desktop via
Group Policy for a user. I can copy files to the My Documents folder and the
desktop folder via Explorer or within the Office Package. However, they
cannot save a document when they open it from Outlook as an attachment. The
user is sent an email with a Word doc attached. They open the attachment from
within Outlook, make a change and then try to save to their My Documents but
get "Access Denied". Creator/Owner has full rights to the Folder Redirection.
How can I correct this? Users like to open the document from within their
outlook to see whether it is worth saving.

Full Control PERMISSIONS to BOTH the Share and the NTFS Directory
involved?

Sorry I should have mentioned.

I have full permissions on the share for Everyone and creator\owner has full
NTFS permissions on subfolders and files only. I followed the dialogue in

The person who will create the file has to have enough permission at the
parent directory to CREATE the file -- in order to become creator owner
of that new file and have those permissions.

Sounds like they are being blocked from creating a file in either/both of
the
Temp directory (viewing incoming attachment) or My Documents (for saving).

IN both cases they must be able to create new file in that directory AND
have
share permissions if it is on a network.

The My Documents is being redirected to the server. I am not sure if it
caches somewhere before moving to the server in Folder Redirection. Users are
admins of the local pc. They can save to the drive and to My Documents
through explorer. They just can't save from with in Outlook.
