Folder Redirection in Vista via GPO creates double folders...?

Hi,

I am having a problem /annoyance with Folder redirection Vista. It is
working great in my mixed environment except for on the Vista clients. The
folder do not combine and therefore there is a local documents folder and a
redirected documents folder. I can not have this confusion for my users. Is
there a way to have this not happen. Thanks - Nik

It sounds like you didn't move the contents of the local folder to the
target folder. Maybe you did a copy to new location instead of move?

I've read that document, it's sitting in front of me. I was able to get rid
of the extra documents folder by selecting the "move contents" check box, I
had initial problems with the that selection with my XP test client so I
unchecked it. I am still experiencing double of the pictures, videos, and
music folders. I've been trying different variations in settings with this
folders but no luck, any other ideas?

Sorry, no ideas other than starting over for the problem folders. It
would seem to me that selecting 'move contents' would have the same
effect on the media folder contents.

Could it be that the doubles are only from C:\Users\Public\Pictures,
etc?

Starting over seemed to do teh trick as well as fine tuning my settings.
