folder structure??

Try using System Restore to go back to a time just before the junctions were
deleted.

wit some time and your output I was able to recreate the junctions
using mklink. Unfortunately I couldn't use system restore.

I did the same and reinstalled windows.I didn't have a list, system restore
is turned off, and Vista installs quickly.
