Folder view keeps changing

I have a small, but irritating problem. The problem I have is the view of
the folder keeps changing.
I know that it is not a big problem, but it is something I would like to
sort out either way.

Increase Folder View Size Limit to 8000:
http://kellys-korner-xp.com/regs_edits/bags8000.reg Download and run this
reg file to make the view settings remember more than XP'x default 400
folders.

Hello NIK,

Doing Method Two in this tutorial will help Vista remember your folder
view settings for a window for when it was last closed.

This is a feature of Vista that is meant to keep you from getting too
complacent about your data. It may only be a small but irritating
problem now, but give it time - eventually it will graduate into being
a genuinly annoying problem.
