Folders in C drive after installing SP1a and other updates

After 4 or so attempts I finally got SP1a to download. I now am showing on
the C drive a folder named 4ca9583645ad3d78a83f66124e898850 and a subfolder
named download and another subfoldeer named lang. My question is can safely
delete these 3 folders without creating a problem?

I experienced the same and deleted the folder without further problems.
