Or you can rebuild the index.
If you follow the advice that Jon gave, and it does not show "Indexing
Complete", then you need to give the search indexer time to complete.
Generally leaving the computer on and idle for an hour or two is the
quickest way to get it done.
Faster computers usually update the index so quickly, that neither a
rebuild or "idle" wait is necessary...
