Ensure that the update is installed first. Open the *update* folder
inside of the *81830fade50434252c160da6e86e315c* folder and check for a
KBxxxxxx.cat file. That will give you the KB number of the update. Check
in Add/Remove Programs to see if it is installed. If it is, you can
delete the contents of the Download folder by stopping the Automatic
Updates service, deleting the contents, then restarting the AU service.
It should be installed as you've not been prompted to reinstall that
specific update, correct ?
