"The following update was not installed"

I have tried twice to install the Malicious Software Removal Tool for August
2007 (KB890830) and both times it has failed. I have never had any issues
with the MSRT installs before. Below is the last lines of the WindowsUpdate
log for reference. Can anyone point me to the problem with the update?

offer you.
