Font files

I tried to copy a couple of font files from the C:\Windows\Font folder.
Couldn't be done. I couldn't even copy font files that I installed. Can
anyone explain what I need to do to copy font files from that folder?
I'm using Vista Home Premium.

How are you trying to copy the font files? Open Windows Explorer to the
Fonts folder. Use the left mouse button to drag a font file to the folder
where you want place the copy, in the Navigation Pane and drop it on the
target folder. This works here.
