Font Question in Vista

I've been using XP Professional until recently - I'm now working with Vista
Home Basic. I was working in Adobe Photoshop with a font called Albertus
Medium. When I attempt to work with Photoshop in Vista, this font is not
available. Is this a function of Vista, Vista Home Basic, or Photoshop not
functioning as it should in Vista? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

copy the font from a xp machine and install it on the vista machine with the
vista's ancient add fonts interface (from the control panel) that still
looks exactly the same as it looked with windows 3.1

Vista is stupid... YES IT IS!

It's a function of not having that font on your Vista system.

There's no telling where your XP Pro system got it. If you still have
access to that system, copy that font to a flash drive and bring it
over to your Vista system.

That is a T1 font and needs to be installed using ATM, otherwise Vista
will not recognize T1 fonts.
Check the Adobe forum for more info concerning installing T1 fonts when
using Vista.
Here's a start.

You have it all wrong. What you mean is: "Clear Windows" is stupid. Yes
it is.

Now wipe that lube off of your hands and pull up your pants. Go outside,
walk down the street and fill out an application at the Taco-Bell. I hear
they have openings for counter help. If you are good and work hard, you can
advance to the fryer within 4 to 5 years.

Good luck.

Frank doesn't know it because he so stupid, but he just implied Vista
is stupid. Just like even a broken watch is correct twice a day, even
buffoons like Frank every once in awhile get something right.

Yes Frank, Vista IS stupid.

Stupid design.
Stupid in how bloated it is.
Stupid in how slow it can be.
Stupid to force UAC on users.
Stupid to constantly say things like:

"Explorer unexpectedly stopped working and needs to close".

Choke on the truth Frank.

LOL, what an idiot. It's like Kevpan and his FYIs.

Frank, don't try to pretend you have had an education, as the rest of us
just laugh even more!
