Font Size In IE

I think this occured when I downloaded Microsoft VM, but am not sure. Some
of the print on web pages that I bring up is bold and a larger font size.
This only occurs on parts of some web pages. I have searched for places to
change the font sizes in IE, but nothing is working. Can anyone help me?

Control Panel/Accessibility/Display/
Ensure box is not check - then click "Advanced"
Ensure shortcut box is not clicked AND
where it reads" Your current high contrast shceme is:"
Make sure there is nothing in there that starts with "high contrast" or suggests a
large font size"

or try the IE NG
Internet Explorer
