Font substitution in WinHelp

Apparently, one of Microsoft's security updates causes Microsoft Word (I use
Word 2003, SP2, Professional Edition, Version 11.8134.8132) to save RTF files
that causes WinHelp (compiled with Help Workshop 4.03.0002 or Visual Studio
..NET 2003) to substitute the Arial fonts I use with Times New Roman font. The
problem is not resolved by setting Help Workshop's Options to substitute
Arial font in Help topics. Adobe TechNote has a posting on the problem
(http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowled...fm?id=799a6b49) for those
who use RoboHelp. Does anyone have a solution without RoboHelp?

I will be happy with any solution that allows Help topics to display in a
sans serif font.
