It's likely that your "DPI" settings have changed. Open the Help and Support
app on start. Search for DPI.

Addendum:

Try what Mark said. If the DPI setting is not the problem, try this:

Export the following registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\FontSubstitutes

To export the registry key, click Start - type "regedit.exe" and press ENTER.

Navigate to the following branch:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\FontSubstitutes

Right-click "FontSubstitutes" and choose "Export", and save the branch to a file.

Close Registry Editor.

Edit the file using Notepad. Copy the contents and include it in your reply.

The FontSubstitutes values seems to be correct. Does changing the theme to Windows Classic and then reverting back to Windows Vista theme help?

Attached is the list of Fonts from the C:\Windows\Fonts folder. See if you have all of those fonts in your system.
