FONTS in Windows Live Messenger

Font Error in MSN Live.
My Windows Live Messenger Font should be Lucinda Sans-Italic-Blue, but it is
showing on every message as a standard Black Text, including incoming
Messages. It can be difficult to differentiate between sent and received
messages.
How can I resolve this problem?
I have tried â€˜Repairingâ€™
I have tried â€˜Uninstalling and Reinstallingâ€™
I have downloaded a missing DLL â€“ msvcr80.dll
Nothing seems to work to resolve this problem.
