Force install WU in client PCs

I have 85 computers connected to the domain and we work 24/7, even users are
informed install and restart when updates are poped they aren't....

If anyone can help me introduce a script to install the updates in a client
PC without the knowledge of users will be much appreciated...

Note: I don't want to try out with GP.

Thanks Lawrence...

We have the WSUS in our ADC which runs windows 2000 clients are getting
deployed with the patches as well still we can only shedule in client pc to
install the patches but i want the patches to be installed without user
interaction and to to reboot the pc with giving them a notice that "within
this time(3,5 min) system will be restarted".

for this purpose i tried with msdn library scripts but i'm not a programing
guy to get the codes and develop...

any VB or... scripts would do this

Rob Dunn have created a nice VBScript that can do both detecting and
"install now" on a computer:

Windows Update Agent force script, email results

(you could kick it of e.g. from a scheduled job)
