Force Restarting for users who aren't patching

Hello everyone
I dont know if i am asking in the right place but
I was just wondering if it is possible to force a computer to install
a patch and restart if he has not restarted his computer for a X
amount of day

If you want (and being very trusting) set to automatic download and install
whilst the user is at lunch. The computer may reboot and therefore the user
may lose work if they dont regularly save the same.

Personally I prefer to notify only but that's not helping you.
