how to force use of the ISA Firewall Client

I am trying to get better results from the ISA Web Usage reports…

specifically I want to see:
Usernames listed under the Top Web Users section
URL’s listed under the Top Websites section
(not IP’s)

I read a number of articles on this and it seems that forcing the use of the
ISA Firewall Client would be the most straight forward way of achieving this.

To that end I went in to:
ISA | Configuration | Networks | Internal Properties | Web Proxy |
Authentication
and Checked “Require all users to authenticate”

This seemed to provide the desired reporting result
BUT it prevents internal access to Companyweb with the error:

The page cannot be displayed
Technical Information (for support personnel)
•Error Code: 403 Forbidden. The ISA Server denied the specified Uniform
Resource Locator (URL). (12202)
•IP Address: 192.168.xx.x
•Date: 11/6/2009 12:47:43 AM
•Server: server.domain.local
•Source: proxy

Can somebody please advise me on how to correct this?

Thank You!!

I'm not in front of an ISA box to tell you *exactly* where these are, but
there are two more options to set:

1) there is a checkbox to bypass the proxy server for local domains/servers
2) There is a tab where you can *enter* local domains and servers which gets
used by #1 to know what to bypass.

Once you set those, you'll be good to go.

Cliff's solution should work, but you should also be able to create a
specific Companyweb access rule in ISA that allows access to companyweb for
ANY user. Put that rule in front of the ISA rule requiring the Require all
users to authenticate rule, and you're in business.
