how force WLM to pass fully through a proxy ?

Hi people,

i wish Windows Live Messenger pass through a proxy server

when i do a "netstat" i get this

so some's of connection pass through the proxy (port 8080) but some not (in
this test: 3348)
why ?! and how fix that ?

Tools -> Options -> Connections -> Advanced Settings

There are proxy settings there.

and i have setup WLM to pass to a proxy but like i allready say...
