Forcing UDP and NAT

I've never gotten any transport mode other than http to work with a
NATted WMP (using WMP10) behind a firewall and for obvious reasons
would like to configure my streaming listening stuff to use UDP.

Has anyone managed to figure out the combination of port forwardings
required to make this work and if so, would you share it with me
please? It's been easy enough to do with raplayer but for some reason
I'm just not having any luck divining the magic combination of ports
to forward.

TIA
