Foreign language spellcheckers, dictionaries etc.?

Is there a way to get these for Office 2007 for free (I have Office '07
Ultimate and Vista Ultimate) and therefore without buying the following:

Individual packs can be purchased separately on the Office Online web site
for $24.95. It is a download.

I see - so you can't get them for free, then (like Vista language packs -
i.e. for the operating system itself)?
