I FORGOT MY USERNAME N PASSWORD TO MY WINDOWS MAIL.......I TRY ALL DIFFERENT
NAMES BUT IT DIDN'T WORK! SO HOW CAN I GET MY USERNAME N PASSWORD INFORMATION
FROM?

[Why are you shouting? Posting in all caps is considered SHOUTING!]

It's the same username and password you use to log-in to the account on the
webmail page.

If it is not the intention to yell, then DON'T USE ALL CAPITALS! Anyone that
does use all capitals in newsgroups and forums such as this one will get
comments such as this and if they continue to use all capitals then they are
intentionally being rude and then yes they would be doing it intentionally.
PA Bear's comment truly is very common.

So there is no problem with receiving?
When you get that prompt for username/password, click Cancel.
That should produce an error message. Right-click on your error message,
copy, then paste it into a reply here.
