Formatting, Template Probs

Can anyone help please, I am desperatley trying to send my C.V
using Word 2000. In Print preview it looks fine, Print Layout its okay but
in Normal view its a total mess. To e.mail it, it will be seen as terrible!!!

Do I need to type the whole lot again using a new blank document? have tried
to cut & paste but same happens. Thanks in advance for any help
..

You will probably get more help with this if you posted to one of the
office ng's as this one is for dealing with Windows Update problems.
