According to kbalertz.com the problem is the firewall software Zone Alarm Pro
and Norton Internet Security blocking active x controls. I'm sure it applies
to other active x blocking software too.
I googled "Initialization Error 0x800A1391" and kbalertz is the 4th link,
where the problem is dicussed in the forum at the bottom and how to fix it.
The fix at the top of the page didn't work for me.
I temporarily put the fix in for Zone Alarm, download today's updates in
about 3 minutes, restarted and I'm good to go.
Note: read the 1st post for the Zone Alarm fix, but read the very last one
too, which makes sense, I just haven't figure how to do as suggested.
