Some strange nvidia driver bug that causes you to see music notes and and
other things during setup and startup. I'm not very familiar with it because
I haven't seen it, but apparently it has been spotted by a few people.
Microsoft still says that they are unable to reproduce it.

Certainly not a reason to re-release RTM.
