Found bug: Taskbar Graphical Glitch

Here's an image of the glitch. This fixes itself when I move the mouse over
it. It's still annoying, though. I'm talking about the fact that you can
see the desktop clearly through the taskbar near the favicon, and there's a
clear line above the address.
