Four Updates Repetedly Failing

This is driving me nuts.

I have been TRYING for the past 24 hours to update my laptop. Four of the
updates will not install. It says that they have successfully installed when
in fact they have failed. I have looked up both of the error codes and no
help. No matter what I do they won't install.

I have contacted the manufacturer of my laptop and they keep telling me to
reinstall windows. I know I don't have to go this far because I had this
problem on another PC and a tech from Microsoft repaired it in about 10
minutes. However, I can't connect to live chat because I keep getting told
my Product ID number is incorrect. (even though I got it right from where
Microsoft told me it was located). Guess that is happening because they
really don't want to give me the free 90 days - they want the $59.00.

Can someone PLEASE help me!? I can't install anything else until this gets
updated!

I have this same problem, but with like 18 updates. I have asked these
people for help, nothing yet.
