Put the CD in the drive. Right click on the drive letter. "Open Autoplay"
should be one of the options. Can you run it that way?
Does the CD even contain Vista drivers? (I assume that you've posted to a
vaguely approrpriate newsgroup.) A Socket 939 mainboard isn't exactly
up-to-date hardware. I can imagine that the driver CD could pre-date Vista.
(Its label should mention which OSes are supported.)
You neglected to list the model of the board. I suggest that you go to
www.foxconn.com to see whether Vista drivers are available for it.
