Framework Updates Debug Error

I'm getting debug error message when update tries to install both the
Framework updates, KB886906 and KB886903. I contacted Microsoft and they
sent me an e-mail to try and solve this issue and all it did was give me more
headaches then I had before. Now my Computer is sluggish, My CPU sometimes
says its at 100% and I don't have much on this home computer. And I'm still
not able to update these files. This is beginning to become a nightmare. If
Microsoft don't know what to do, then who can we turn too. And this is
effecting all of us in one way or another. Anybody have any good solution to
this NIGHTMARE1111111 Please Help!
