Hi there,

Not really a windows update isssue really, but here you go:

Any virus program is affective, however keep in mind: first the disease
comes and after that a cureis found.

Best is to install and use a virus program and scan online with another
virus program: two see more than one

AVG is free and good to use: http://free.avg.com/ww.download
