Fresh Install, 5 updates failed

Fresh installed WinXP HOME EDITION SP2 after motherboard replaced, did a
Windows Update and install all available items including XP SP3 and IE7,
everything went well, except the following:

Windows Search 4.0 KB940157
Root Certificates Update
Windows Media Player 11
..NET Framework 2.0 X86 KB829019
..NET Framework 1.1

Appreciate any suggestions and helps.

Updates are not installed successfully from Windows Update, from Microsoft
Update, or by using Automatic Updates after you repair a Windows XP
installation:

NB: Also applies to clean installs, upgrade installs, and Recovery installs.
