Frightened windows...

When I move the cursor out of an active window, it....uh.. "auto-minimizes".
I click the tray.. window pops up, but I'm just to slow and before I get the
pointer back up..the window drops right back. I do not care for this one
bit.I do not know how to change this, I feel like I've searched through every
available setting(obviously).Please help..

You'd be frightened too if you had to run on Vista. :-)
