Ok I am fully willing to admit that I’m a noob at this stuff, but I’m am
finding it hard to find a straight answer on whether or not Microsoft
FrontPage ver. 2002 Is compatible with Windows Vista Home Premium addition
and the Microsoft Office Professional 2007. What am I missing out by not
choosing to upgrade to Expression Web.

Yesy it is ok with Vista. Expression Web "does away with" several Frontpage
incompatibilites (Outside of IE 6/7) - and expands upon CSS (Cascading Style
Sheets).

Download some of the training freebies on Expression's web site for good
idea of Expression Web's use.

Contradicting, you said Expression Web does away with several
'incompatibilities', yet you say its compatible. Lol!
