frontpage2000 and xpsp2

My old computer died of natural causes so I got a new one. Very nice, until I
started installing my frontpage2000.
Message from computer halfway through install :- Please insert service pack
2 for windows professional as the programme has encountered a file security
problem. Then the installation is aborted. As my computer came with xphome
edition what is going on?
