I have had my Vista-ready Hp Entertainment notebook for 3 months. Recently i
have encountered numerous problems. First of all, on the internet, I was
trying to download a file. If I decided to cancel the download the entire
computer would freeze up and I would have to turn the computer off. When I
turned it back on again it would be unresponsive and a blue error message
would cover the entire screen saying "A problem has been detected and windows
had to shut down to prevent damage to your computer". Is this possibly a
virus or am I doing something wrong?
Thanks
