3 Servers (S1FS - 2003 R2, S2FS - 2003 R2, S3FS - 2003 non-R2) in different
AD site
need 1 or more folder(s) to replicate to all 3 servers, can the below
setting work?

For example, folder D:\Public\CompanyTemplate
Use DFS-R between S1FS & S2FS
but use FRS between S2FS & S3FS

I'm concern that in Srv 2, can DFS-R & FRS point to the same folder for
their replication to different site?

R2 is so much better than FRS you should just run setup2 from the second
disk of the R2 set and use R2 all for all the replication.
