FSRM on a Windows Server 2003 Cluster

I build a Windows Server 2003 R2 64-bit cluster and I would like to leverage
File Server Resource Management. However I am noticing a lack in Microsoft
Documentation for such a configuration so I guess first thing is...

1.) Is FSRM Supported on a Windows Server 2003 R2 Cluster?

I have found a few documents on various forums and a technet blog about it,
but no real step-by-step configuration or usage. So...

2.) Once installed How does leverage FSRM? Do I point it at the virtual
machines or at the nodes where the resources live.
3.) I see it installs MSDTC, why?
4.) Should I move it to it's own resource or is leaving it in the quorum fine
5.) Any headaches or issues I may encounter?

Thanks,
