This FTP site cannot be viewed in Windows Explorer using IE 7 RC1

When i try to ftp to another computer I get the follwing:

FTP root at 127.0.0.1
when i click on the "page" button, open FTP site in windows explorer I get
the following error;
This FTP site cannot be viewed in Windows Explorer

I have already unchecked the enable FTP folder view (outside of internet
explorer) and still have the same issue, it is very important to my work to
have the ability to ftp to another computer, any suggestions or possible fixes

The MS connect site lists this as a bug which they've found a fix for. (It
should work properly in the next public release.)
