Since I have had the computer I am reminded every 2 days to do a full back
up of the system in case it fails, I then have a copy to start again. I
have bought the DVD-R's as it said and i placed one in - however- i press
"OK"
then up a box comes with "Files of type imagefiles image.p2i
(*.p2i,*.iso)"
Then a smaller box comes up with - "Power2go x (on top of the box - the
x
is red)
A yellow triangle with
a ! inside it then - File not found

OK

What file is it on about ?? surely it should automatically save everything
to do with the
computer to up and run it in the first place? Is it because of this
"FILE" i cannot back up in which case what file is the file called?
Can anyone explain or help or put me in the right direction please. I have
tried the tech guys at a store in my town but without pyhsically taking my
PC to the store they cannot help me. I cannot aford (in time or money) to
do that because I am on a college course and i need PC constantly.

Also I dont know if this will help but when I go to close my pc off - I go
to Start Shut down then a large box comes up with The following programs
are still running
upgrade now and get more features with Power2Go
4Delux
This program is preventing your computer from
shutting down
upgrade now
burn to disc (HERE it has silver boxes 2 either side each other a musical
note, discs, films etc)
To close these programes and turn of your computer
click Shut down now
you may lose work that you havnt saved
Shut down now cancel

Thanks KAY

This sounds like a proprietary backup/restore function that was
included with your computer. I recommend you find an online
users group for that make of computer (HP, Sony, etc.) and ask
them for help.
