Full Tilt Poker Software

I receive a "Catastrophic Failure" notice and the install shuts down. I've
tried every combination of capability and nothing. I hate to try this in
safe mode....any ideas? FTP doesn't support Vista yet and they point to
capability setting also.

My network diagnostics won't run and when i try too start it says access
denied yet i am the only one on this comp..What can i do..Thanks
