We have NO IDEA what 'options' you speak of.
If you cannot tell - we cannot see what you are looking at.
You need to describe to us what you see and what you did to get to the point
where you are having trouble. You need to tell us exactly what you see and
type in the exact error messages you have.
You have to be a good 'story teller' if you want to describe something with
words...
Coming into a Windows Update help newsgroup and saying 'some of my options
are fuzzy and won't let me click on them' is going to get you "clean your
glasses and your mouse". ;-)
