What forums are going to replace the Debugging Tools for Windows and the
microsoft.public.development.device.drivers.dtm newsgroups? Both are slated
to close on June 1st.

The windbg forum will be probably created under the Windows: Diagnostics
Forums category.
Not sure where the driver development forum would be created.

The windbg newsgroup will not be retired until September so there is no need
to worry just yet. An MSDN forum space is being created to be the new home
for this discussion. I also recommend the OSR windbg newsgroup
http://www.osronline.com.
