Gadget bar

Whenever I bring up a gadget the bar that sits above it with the plus sign
and the two arrows always sits up top where the minus, maximize and X is.
does anyone know how to move it? Thanks

I have my gadgets detached from that bar, so I don't have that problem.
From what I can tell, you can move the sidebar to the left side of your
screen or keep it on the right.
Do you have it set up so it's always on top? Maybe that's your problem.

Right-click and choose properties. That will give you the option of moving
it to the left and/or not always having it on top.
