Gadget Issue

Once in a while, a Gadget just disappears. Once in a while, I can only
see a small portion of a Gadget (the rest is off the screen). Once in
a while, my Gadgets switch their order on the screen. Once in a while,
my Volume Control Gadget stops working. Is anybody else having any of
these problems? Are there fixes? Thanks.......
