game error PLEASE HELP!

I have always been able to play games on messenger until now. It states an
error:

Request Error (invalid_request)

Your request could not be processed. Request could not be handled
This could be caused by a misconfiguration, or possibly a malformed request.

I have tried all the help topics but cannot seem to get it to work. I
deleted it from my computer and then redownloaded windows live messenger
again. It still doesnt work. Can someone please help! Thanks!
