Games not working in WLM...whiteboard issue?

Hi

I'm running Vista Ultimat 64 bit. My friend is running some type of 3
bit Vista. We are just beginning to explore WLM and are encountering
problem when trying to do games. She gets a message saying Whiteboar
is not present or is not enabled. Her router is a Cisco WRT310N an
shows as non uPnP when she looks in connectivity. Do we need to mak
some changes on her router? If so, a step by step how-to would b
greatly appreciated. Many Thanks

Greetings Bill,

Could you be more specific as to what game you're trying? If you're just trying to play with
the whiteboard, the whiteboard application is limited to XP only and will not work with
Vista.

Thanks for the quick reply. I'm just trying the basic games included i
WLM 9.0...like backgammon and 7 hand poker. The interesting part is tha
it loads up for me with no whiteboard issues. It's only on her compute
that the whiteboard issue shows up, and then I get a message telling m
about the whiteboard issue

Is it possible that 64bit Vista includes whiteboard but 32 bit doesn't
